Dr. Zhengyong Zhu

Dr. Zhu received his B.S. in 2005 from Nankai University, and Ph. D. in 2010 from Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He focused on TCAD simulation, modeling and process integration of novel logic and memory devices in Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for several years. He turned to design of panel circuits based on LTPS TFT for AMOLED products in Visionox Technology Inc. from early 2018. He joined Beijing Superstring Academy of Memory Technology company in Mar. 2022, and now he is mainly exploring the application of IGZO technology in DRAM. He has published more than 15 papers in IEDM, Electron Device letters and so on. Dr. Zhu holds more than 60 licensed patents, including a few US patents. |
