· All participants (including oral/poster presenters, invited speakers) are requested to register for the conference.
· Full registration includes all conference activities, including sessions, U-Key gift, receptions and proceedings (soft copy).

o 5 ~ 9 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 20% discount.
o 10 ~ 19 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 30% discount.
o 20 ~ 49 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 40% discount.
Early Bird rate and group rate is only available for early bird registration through the registration website and payment should be completed by June 2, 2023.
From June 2, 2023, all the unpaid registration will be applied with on-site rate automatically.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant –CSTIC will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of RMB50, for any cancellations received in writing on or before June 2, 2023. Cancellations should be directed to [email protected] Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from SEMI on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After June 2, 2023, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at [email protected]
