Prof. Le Ye

Le Ye was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1983. He received the B.S. degree (with honors) in physics from the Department of Physics in Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the Institute of Microelectronics in Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2010, respectively. From July 2010, he joined the Institute of Microelectronics of Peking University. Where he is currently an Associate Professor.

His research interests include RF and analog integrated circuits design, and wearable and implantable micro integrated system for medical applications. He has presided over seven projects, including the NSFC (national natural science foundation) project, the national science and technology major 02 special sub-project, and so on. He has published over 30 papers, including JSSC, TCAS-I, TCAS-II, EDL, IMS, ISCAS, and so on. He owned more than 20 national invention patents. He also won the National Excellent Youth Fund of NSFC in 2017.
