Mr. Haibo Hu is the Senior Process Director of the Wet Products Division at ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. With over 15 years of IC wet cleaning experience, he previously worked at Wuhan Xinxin and Intel Dalian. At ACM, he currently leads the development of wet processing equipment for 3D NAND, DRAM, and Logic nodes. He holds or has applied for over 50 patents, has published 3 papers at international conferences (e.g., SPCC, UCPSS), and has introduced more than 300 process tools into mass production.
