Prof. Rongmei Chen is an assistant professor at the School of Electronics, Peking University. Before joining PKU in 2023, Prof. Chen was a senior researcher at imec, Belgium. He got Bachelor and PhD from Tsinghua University in 2012 and 2017 respectively with Postdoc finished at LIRMM, CNRS in France in 2019. The main research interests of Prof. Chen Rongmei are carbon-nanotube integrated circuits, three-dimensional integrated circuits, BSPDN study and DTCO/STCO based on advanced semiconductor technology. He published around 80 journals and conference papers, including Nature Electronics, and conferences IEDM/VLSI/ISSCC/DAC etc. Prof. Chen hosted the VLSI 2021 3D Integration Technology Seminar and VLSI 2023 Chip Backside Interconnection Technology Seminar and serve as a reviewer for many journals including Nature Electronics and IEEE series journals.
