Dr. Lei Guo is Senior Manager of the Ion‑beam Product Line at Jiangsu Leuven Instruments Co., Ltd. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from Southeast University and was supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for his research at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. At Leuven Instruments, he leads R&D, process development, mass‑production introduction and industrialization of ion‑beam planarization products，aiming to solve the planarization problem in advanced nodes. To date, he has published more than 35 SCI papers and holds over 35 invention patents. |
