David Chen, serves as Executive Vice President of Stream Computing Inc., a Board Member of RISC-V International Foundation, and Director of the RISC-V Research Center at the Institute of Advanced Packaging and Integrated Systems, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
He previously held positions at Alibaba DAMO Academy, Arm and MathWorks etc,. He has received numerous prestigious honors, including the RISC-V International Foundation Software Leadership Award and the title of Foreign Member of the Serbian National Academy of Sciences. He holds a PhD degree from Michigan Technological University.
