WEN LIU, professor, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. Wen received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2008. Currently she is Chair of IEEE CASS-EDS Joint Chapter Suzhou, deputy Director of the Youth Innovation Promotion Committee of the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance (CASA) China, and also Executive Director XJTLU Advanced Semiconductor Research Center, Fellow of The Higher Education Academy of the UK, IEEE Senior Member. To date, Prof. Liu has supervised 15 Ph.Ds. and 20+ Master students to completion in the community of Electron Devices. Dr. Liu has published 50+ journal papers, 60+ conference papers, and applied 20+ patents with 16 of them authorized. A major corresponding-authored papers till Feb.2026: ISPSD (7), IEEE Electron Device Lett.(7), Appl. Phys. Lett(3), IEEE Trans Electron Devices (6). In the last 5 years, she has been granted various level of funds of more than 18 million RMB including the NSFC General Programme (2023-2027), the National Key R&D Programme from the ministry of Science and Technology (2022-2025), Technical commission project from Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd (2022-2023), etc.
