讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Harrison Chang is the Vice President in Corporate R&D of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. He is responsible for co-design of System-in-Package with customers to meet application specific requirement. He has been working on the heterogeneous integration for applications including vertical power for computing, high performance powerSiP® for AI server, mmWave antenna-in-package, automotive power module, bio-sensing on flexible 3D SiP, smart phone and wearable SiP, and WWAN/WLAN modem SiP. He has more than 30 technical papers and global patents. He has been an IEEE member for more than 25 years, and has been participating in the EPS society and MTT society. He graduated from Electrical Engineer Department, National Taiwan University in 1985. He received his Ph.D. degree on Electro-physics from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland, College Park in 1993. Since then, his working experience includes VP in the ASE Holding, founder and CEO of Indigo Mobile, Associate VP in BenQ, Senior Engineer in Qualcomm, San Diego, and Deputy Professor in the Huafan University, Taiwan. |
