Wang Yueh has been working with lithography materials more than 30 years. Wang started semiconductor career with Professor Grant Willson Group (UT Austin), then with Shipley (now Qnity, DuPont spinout) for photoresist designs. After then, Wang worked for Intel in charging of novel litho materials selection and HVM readiness from first ArF dry (0.13um) to latest EUV generations (14 A) more than two decades. Now Wang works for Qnity on novel materials supplier strategy.
