讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Jane Yeoh is a 25-year semiconductor industry veteran specializing in sustainability, facility projects, operations, and services. Currently Lam Research's Director of Asia Sustainability, she oversees APAC ESG strategies—100% renewable electricity by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050—driving net zero roadmaps, integrating sustainability into facilities, and leading regional employee sustainability groups. Previously, she was Lam Malaysia's Facilities Director, pivotal in building its largest advanced fab and spearheading 2022 solar panels (powering 20% of the site). At ams OSRAM Malaysia, she led fab projects from site selection to construction. She holds a Chemistry bachelor's (UTM) and Instrumentation Chemistry master's (USM). 摘要 / Abstract The semiconductor industry's net zero transition demands value chain-wide collaboration. Lam Research advances a comprehensive climate strategy covering three core areas: partnering with suppliers to boost transparency, identify emission reductions, and strengthen ecosystem climate resilience; cutting its own facilities' environmental footprint via renewable energy expansion, optimized operations, and enhanced data capture; and embedding sustainability into product design—reducing energy use, low-GWP gases, and per-wafer emissions, plus circular spares. These initiatives form a blueprint for accelerating collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation to support the industry’s shift to net zero manufacturing. |
