讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr Patrick Poa is Director for Technology and Business Development at the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), part of Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). He is responsible for driving industrial collaboration with global and regional partners in advanced semiconductor technologies, with a focus on advanced packaging including 2.5D and 3D integration, as well as silicon photonics heterogenous integreation. With more than 16 years of experience spanning research translation, industry engagement, and ecosystem development, Patrick works closely with industry to bridge IME's R&D capabilities with real manufacturing and commercialization needs. His work supports Singapore's strategic semiconductor priorities and the development of differentiated capabilities across the value chain. |
