讲师简介 / Speaker Bio After his PhD of Physics from RWTH Aachen University, Aachen (Germany), Nicolas started at AIXTRON SE in the Technology department. Now, over more than 15 years and several positions with Process development, Project Management and Service, Nicolas is responsible for all AIXTRON GaN High volume manufacturing products for the Power & RF market as well as (Micro) LED application and driving AIXTRON’s GaN Epitaxy HVM product roadmap ranging from 150 to 300 mm wafer size. |
