Dr. Runjie Zhang received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University and PhD degrees in Compter Engineering from the Uniersity of Virginia. His research interest focuses on the power delivery and heat dissipation of advance packaging systems. Currently Runjie is focusing on developing world-class sign-off EDA tool at Phlexing.
