讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Cheng is recognized as a world-class pioneer in GaN-on-Si Epitaxial technology, and he first developed 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch GaN-on-Si epitaxial materials in 2006, 2011 and 2021, respectively. Besides, he has applied for nearly 1000 patents, with more than 300 granted. 摘要 / Abstract This report will focus on the application of GaN materials in fields such as power electronics and novel display, introduce the current challenges faced, and share GaN epitaxial technology solutions, the latest progress and other contents. Large-sized GaN-on-Si epitaxial technology paves the way for the hybrid heterogeneous integration of advanced power, optoelectronic chips and logic chips. |
