Dr. Wei Yuan is currently an Associate Professor at the College of Smart Materials and Future Energy (iCOME), Fudan University. She received her Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry at Fudan University, followed by postdoctoral research at the same institution, and officially joined Fudan University in 2021. Her research focuses on the precise construction of rare-earth micro/nano functional structures, the multi-scale active synergy regulation mechanism of cerium-based oxides, and the surface and interfacial behaviors of rare-earth-based materials in integrated circuit planarization. Her research achievements have been published in top journals such as Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, and Advanced Materials, with citations exceeding 3,000 times. Currently, her work is dedicated to developing novel high-performance rare-earth-based CMP materials tailored for advanced integrated circuit manufacturing processes.
