Dr. Siting Liu

Siting Liu is a tenure-track assistant professor, Ph. D. supervisor and researcher in ShanghaiTech University. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering and automation from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada in 2019. Before joining ShanghaiTech, he worked in the McGill University as a postdoctoral fellow between 2019 and 2021. He has been a reviewer for IEEE TVLSI, TCASI/II and served as session chair for NANOARCH 2021.

His current research interest includes stochastic computing and its application, emerging computing architecture and systems.
