R&D Engineer at CAPRES – a KLA company

Dr. Benny Guralnik (Dr. sc. ETH-Zurich, 2014) is an R&D engineer at CAPRES – a KLA company, where he develops novel microscale thermal metrologies based on micro four-point sensing, in close collaboration with the Technical University of Denmark (with which he has been co-affiliated since 2011). His cross-disciplinary research focuses on both direct and retrospective thermometry across a broad spectrum of spatial and temporal scales, and includes both theoretical and experimental work in radiation dosimetry, solid-state diffusion, nanoscale carrier transport, and thermoelectric characterization. He has to date 24 peer-reviewed publications (including in Nature, Science, JoP:CM and Nanotechnology), 1 book chapter, and 2 pending patents.
