Prof. Ming He received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, China in 2011. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fudan University in 2011, then moved to Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA in 2013, and was promoted to a Research Scientist in 2017. Now He is an Assistant Professor and the Boya Young Scholar in the Department of Microelectronics, Peking University, China. His research interests include Ionic-Electronic Semiconductors, Multisensory Integration Devices, and Bio-Organic Neuromorphic Electronics. He has published more than 30 papers in IEDM, Nature Communications, Energy & Environmental Sciences and edited 1 book with the total Citations over 3100 and the h-index of 24. He serves as an Associate Editor of the Wiley journal Energy & Environmental Materials.
