Yuanwei Lin was born in Sichuan province of China in 1989. He got his B.S. from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2011. After receiving his Ph.D. from Peking University in 2016, he joined NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd. He has published four SCI indexed papers and applied several patents for NAURA. His research interest includes semiconductor etching based devices.
