Dr. Baoguo Zhang was born in Rugao, Jiangsu Province, China. He received his BS from Wuhan Institute of Technology (1987); M. S. from Wuhan University of Science and Technology (1990); Ph. D. from University of Nevada, Reno (2000). He worked as a CMP Process Engineer in AXT, Wafer World, SVTC, and Alta Devices in USA (2000-2011). He started up Lux Material, Inc. (2011-2013). He was employed as a Professor at Hebei University of Technology in 2013. He has published 20+ papers, 6 patents. Currently, he is a member of ICPT Program Committee.
