Hua is a Fellow of Beijing E-Town Semiconductor Technology Company (BEST, formally Mattson Technology Inc.). Before joining BEST, he was a Sr. Director and Principle MTS of Applied Materials Inc.
Hua received a Ph.D. degree in Materials Sci. & Engineering from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
