Peter Henriksson joined Mycronic in 1996 and started out working with pattern generators for photo masks for cathode ray tube television shadow masks. Since then he has been involved in numerous pattern generator projects, being a core competence in the evolution of the mask writers for Flat Panel Display, making Mycronic laser writer tools the industry standard for large area photomasks. Peter has a background in physics and optics engineering and has also been deeply involved in the development of measurement and calibration methods, as well as in the development of mask metrology systems for the display industry.
