个人简介 / Biography Kong Tjien Lim is the Sales and Service Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for China Material and Structural Analysis Division (Semiconductor). Thermo Fisher Scientific is the leader in serving science and their Semiconductor division offers highly automated workflows for failure analysis (using SEM, FIB, TEM, OFI, Thermal, Nanoprober, etc) to accelerate R&D development and yield ramp. Kong Tjien Lim has 25 years experiences working in semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017, he was the Regional Business Operation Director of Lam Research China. He started his career as a process engineer with Lam Research USA and since then had different roles in Key Accounts General Management, sales, business development, business operation, and customer service. He spent half of his career working in China. Kong Tjien Lim received his B.S. double major in Chemical Engineering and Material Science & Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. |
