Masami Ikota joined Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation in 2007, and has been working as application engineer for both inspection and metrology products. Before that, she worked for SMIC
where she had been yield enhancement engineer of memory products. She joined Device Development Center, Hitachi, Ltd. in 1989 where she was working on inspection technology development.
She received the B.S degree in Applied Physics from The University of Tokyo in 1989.
