With the intensification of global warming, ecosystems are facing severe challenges. We have realized that tackling climate change requires strong international cooperation to reduce the ecological risks that climate change poses to the Earth. In this context, SEMI established the Semiconductor Climate Consortium to strengthen industry solidarity and collaboration, committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions throughout the entire industry chain, supporting the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, jointly developing green solutions, and moving towards zero emissions.

At the same time, SEMI plans to hold the "SCC Sustainability and ESG Summit Forum" in SEMICON China. The forum will focus on the theme of low-carbon environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, ESG, etc., and invite executives from the semiconductor and energy industry to jointly discuss how to promote the fight against climate change and the realization of the dual carbon goals through technology, influence investment and global cooperation, so as to provide suggestions for promoting carbon neutrality sustainable development.
