Biography Education: MSc. Diploma from the National School of Chemistry (now ENSIACET), Toulouse, France Experience: Responsible for GaN Power & RF market and the development of related deposition equipment Over more than 10 years spent with AIXTRON, including several positions with Process development and Sales & Marketing teams Overall more than 15 years of experience in CVD technology in France, Japan and Germany Abstract Adoption of Compound Semiconductors into industrial and consumer products has built up strong momentum thanks to their performance benefits and proven reliability. MOCVD has a key role to sustain this rapid adoption for consumer products where not only performance but also cost parity on device and module level must be met to fit to strict BOM cost targets. The presentation will cover how MOCVD Technology is evolving towards Silicon Semiconductor manufacturing and factory standards to serve tighter market requirements in terms of productivity and yield control. AIXTRON has designed solutions to specifically address Power and RF markets but also emerging markets like micro LED based displays. |
