Kiyotaka Imai received BS and MS degrees of electronics engineering from Hokkaido University in 1984 and 1986, respectively. He received PhD of Advanced Sciences of Matter from Hiroshima University in 2003.
Dr. Imai has been working at TEL since 2017, responsible for advanced device technology project.
Prior to joining TEL, Dr. Imai worked at NEC Electronics and Renesas Electronics for 26 years and then at Samsung Electronics for 5 years working for advanced CMOS devices development down from 0.25um to 7nm node.
He served on IEDM subcommittee from 2007 to 2010.
