Prof. Yu-Guang Chen

Dr. Yu-Guang Chen received the B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree in Dept. of Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2009 and 2016, respectively. He is currently a project assistant of International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) at Saint Christopher and Nevis, Caribbean. He will join Dept. of SCE, Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, as an Assistant Professor from August 2017.

His current research interests include aging-aware design, three-dimensional integration circuit (3D-IC), and low-power design, especially for power gating, machine learning based dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS), and data retention strategy. In recognition of his research, he received the NOVATEK Fellowship in 2014, the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association Award in 2016, and one of his papers has been nominated for the Best Paper Award in 2015.
