Dr. Jimin Wen is the R&D Director at Xpeedic, where he leads circuit and system-level simulation, optical-electronic simulation, high-performance computing, and AI for EDA. He graduated from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. With 18 years of R&D management experience in the EDA industry, Dr. Wen was recruited to Shanghai as a high-level overseas talent. He has received global technology innovation awards from both Cadence and Ansys. He has published over 40 academic papers in journals such as PRA and IEEE JQE, as well as EDA conferences including HOST, DAC, ICCAD, ASP-DAC, MLCAD, DesignCon, and VLSI. He has also received the HOST Best Paper Award. He holds 11 U.S. patents (10 granted) and 10 Chinese patents (4 granted). |
