Dr. Chen Shen received his Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2009. Inspired by a family legacy spanning three generations of engineers and a strong commitment to technological self-reliance, he has dedicated his career to the development of TCAD simulation technologies for semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes. In 2011, he co-founded Suzhou Kejingda Electronics Co., Ltd., leading the team in the development of domestic semiconductor engineering software. Following the company's restructuring in 2021, he became Chairman of PeiFeng Tunan Semiconductor, where he continues to drive the research, development, and industrial adoption of EDA software for wafer manufacturing. Dr. Shen has published more than 40 papers in SCI/EI-indexed international journals and conferences, with an h-index of 15. His most highly cited publication has received over 100 citations and is recognized as one of the most influential works in recent years in the field of MOS device reliability. |
