Weijun Luo is a Process Director at Lam Research with over 15 years of experience in semiconductor etch technology. Since joining Lam in 2011, he has led process development and manufacturing ramp efforts for advanced logic, memory, and specialty semiconductor devices. He has contributed to multiple generations of 3D NAND technology development and has played a key role in technology enablement and production ramp across China's semiconductor industry. Weijun holds two U.S. patents, has authored multiple technical publications, and earned an M.S. in Materials Science from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. |
