Mr. Jiye Yang is currently in charge of TD Integration Division I, responsible for technical development of Power and RF processes. He has more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor production technology, quite familiar with FAB operation and Power device development. Prior to his current role, Mr. Yang was responsible for development of Power and RF products, leading his team to successfully realize volume production of Super Junction, IGBT and RFLDMOS.
