讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Qiongying Hu is the Director of Corporate Strategic Marketing at Coherent Corp. She has spent over a decade driving innovation across R&D and marketing of laser systems for the semiconductor and display industries. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior R&D Scientist at Cymer (an ASML company), where she supported the development of display capital equipment for the OLED market. Dr. Hu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Columbia University, where her research focused on excimer laser annealing of silicon thin films. 摘要 / Abstract Compound semiconductors are playing an increasingly important role across advanced semiconductor applications, driven by growing demands for performance, power efficiency, and functionality beyond silicon.
