Dr. Zichao Li is the Process Leader of Ion Beam Trimming Group at Leuven Instruments. He received his M. S. degree in Materials Processing Engineering from Zhengzhou University in 2017 and his Ph.D. degree in Materials Physics from Technical University of Dresden and Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden- Rossendorf (HZDR) in 2021. His research focused on film deposition and flash annealing for novel magnetic storage in HZDR. At Leuven Instruments, he has focused on ion beam deposition and trimming equipment development and process application exploration.
