Yuan Tu received his Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University and his PhD degree in Tohoku University (Japan). Afterwards, He worked in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and then the IMEC research center in Belgium. His expertise is semiconductor characterization with advanced microscopic techniques, including EM, SPM and APT. He is co-founder of AtomSolve, a dedicated materials- and chip-analysis platform.
