Jiangbin received his doctorate degree from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. He served as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Southern California from 2017 to 2023. In 2023, Jiangbin joined the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, working as a professor. He was selected for the 2022 Young High-Level Talent Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the 2023 Oversea Young High-Level Talent Program of China. His research interest is the new mechanism device based on low-dimensional device, and he has published over 60 papers on the journals including Nature, Nature Electronics, Nature Communications etc., cited more than 11000 times with an H-index of 37 (Google Scholar). Jiangbin is the winner of the 2018 Chinese Academy of Sciences Excellent Doctoral Thesis and the 2016 Chinese Academy of Sciences Dean Award (Excellence Award), etc..
