Qiang Xu is a Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He previously served as the Chief Scientist at the National Technology Innovation Center for EDA, China. His research interests span AI and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). With over 200 publications and more than 14,000 citations, his work has garnered multiple best paper awards at prestigious conferences, including an ICCAD Ten Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper Award. He has supervised 20 Ph.D. dissertations, many of which have received Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Awards or Nominations.
