Dr. Jin Wei is an Assistant Professor with the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University. He's research interests cover GaN, SiC, and Si power devices and power ICs. Dr. Wei has proposed the GaN active-passivation concept and GaN virtual-body technique, established the dynamic threshold voltage theory, demonstrated the first 10-kV E-mode superjunction transistor, and advanced the development of GaN power integration. He’s published >90 first-/corresponding-author papers, including 7 on IEDM, 1 on VLSI Tech & Circuits, and 23 on IEEE EDL. His publications (>200) has been cited more than 5000 times, with an H-index of 41. He’s been listed in Stanford/Elsevier “World's Top 2% Scientists” for the past three years. He’s an associate editor for Science China: Information Science, and a technical committee member for IEEE EDTM, IEEE WiPDA, and IEEE ICSICT.
