讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Fulvio Mazzamuto is a Staff Applications Scientist at Axcelis Technologies with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing process and related equipment for ion implantation and thermal treatment. Combining his expertise in device, manufacturing process and equipment he contributed to develop new innovative solutions in junction engineering space in multiple device segments and lately for Silicon Carbide. He is strongly involved to help the industry to adopt these solutions contributing to the continuous progress of the device performances and costs. 摘要 / Abstract The introduction of wide bandgap materials in conjunction with an EV boom is revolutionizing power device electronics and related manufacturing processes. New power devices made with wide bandgap materials such as Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride are driving the need for innovations in new manufacturing processes, such as high temperature ion implantation and new device structures that can potentially enable cost efficient scaling to support the global transition to cleaner and more energy efficient technology especially in automotive and industrial applications. |
