Chixiao Chen, Ph.D, received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA. He joined the academy of engineering and technology of Fudan University in 2019 as an assistant Professor. He is currently an associate professor with the Frontier Institute of Chips and Systems of Fudan University. His research interests include mixed signal integrated circuit design, custom intelligent software-hardware co-designs and multi-chiplet 2.5D/3D integrated systems. |
