摘要 / Abstract

SiC devices are widely used in electric vehicles, solar cell energies, data centers and so on. SiC diodes are manufactured in China, while SiC MOSFETs are mainly imported. In this talk the speaker will report challenges and opportunities of design technology co-optimization for SiC MOSFET fabrication in China, and give an overview of initial work done at SiCChip Technologies Inc.
