Ms. Liu joined with KLA China in 2017, she is supporting overall KLA China as HR Business Partner. Tracy has rich experience in staffing, L&D, OD and Organization changes, and deep understanding in how HR to support different company in various life cycle status, especially for semi industry. She has lead her team to support semiconductor companies in various M&A, development and changes. And she is also a coach who pay attention to the growth both for company and individual. Tracy joined in semi industry from 2007, she took the role as China Senior Manager in Cambridge Silicon Radio, and HR Director in Amlogic. She acuminated 10 years’ experience in HR expert areas as consult before that. Tracy learned her B.S. degree and dual B.S degree in Sichuan University, she also did her master study in East China Normal University, and coaching licensed courses in ICF.
