RUI CHEN is currently an associate professor at IMECAS, his research is focused on the advanced node computational lithography and etch modeling. Rui Chen received his Ph.D. on Electrical Engineering from University at Buffalo in 2015. He then worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES US located in Malta and focused on the 7nm node process development. He joined IMECAS in 2018.
