Dr. Ming Li is a Vice President of Lam Research Corp., responsible for the strategic projects of customers in the deposition product group. He has been working at Novellus Systems and Lam Research since year of 2000 and taking different management positions of process development manager, engineering director, and product line head of PECVD in the past 15 years.
Dr. Li received his BSc, MSc, and Ph. D in 1988, 1991, and 1998 respectively. He has published more than 20 journal papers and book chapters, and has been issued over 20 US patents.
