Biography Zhang Zhongwen, Senior Engineer, currently serve as VP at Tongwei Solar (Hefei, Chengdu) Co., Ltd. member of China National Solar PV Energy System Technical Standard Committee (TC90). Over 21 years experiences in crystalline silicon solar cell and module manufacturing industry. Abstract This presentation introduces KF4000 batch type ALD system in PERC mono-crystalline solar cell production. Key system design and functionality, basic technology specifications, safety and quality assurances features are highlighted. Batch ALD system has shown excellent stability of surface passivation performances as well as production reproducibility for PERC mono-crystalline solar cell production. Highest energy conversion efficiency has reached 21.67%. |
