Before HFC Semiconductor, Dr. Liu Huang worked as Deputy Director of Thin Film module, AMTD of Technology Development & Research Department in Globalfoundries USA Inc. He had been working in Chartered, and later in Globalfoundries Singapore for more than 14 years. The areas he has been working on including Thin Film, CMP and Clean Tech modules and BEOL integration. Prior he joined Chartered, he had worked as Research Assistance for 5 years in Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Science Academy of China. He received his B. Sc in Chemical Physics from University of Science and Technology of China in 1990, and Ph. D. in Chemistry from National University of Singapore in 1998. He has filed more than 50 patents, of which 24 patents have been issued. He has published more than 35 papers in both semiconductor and chemistry areas in international conferences and journals. |
