Mr. Liu joined UMC R&D in 2012 as the Senior Manager of CMP department. Prior to that, he was responsible for CMP at TD, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) , CMP at fab, UMC and Thin Film at fab, Mosel-Vitelic. He has been working in the semiconductor industry for more than 15 years. Mr. Liu received his Master degree of Materials Science and Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology (S.I.T.) and B.S. from N.C.K.U., Taiwan, China. |
