Dr. Bo Pu is IEEE Senior Member and founding partner/VP of DeTooLIC Technology. He was a Staff Engineer with Semiconductor HQ of Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, Korea, and then an assistant research professor of National Science Foundation (NSF) I/UCRC for EMC at Missouri University of Science and Technology, MO, USA. Dr. Pu serves as the TPC chair of IEEE WAI and ACES, the TPC Member and session chairs of IEEE EMCS, APEMC, ISEMC, etc. He was the recipient of Best Student Paper Award and Best SIPI Symposium Paper Award from IEEE as the first author, the Young Scientists Awards from the URSI and from IEEE APEMC, as well as the 2020, 2021 Distinguish reviewer of IEEE TEMC, the Outstanding Associate Editor from IEEE Access. Dr. Pu received an IEEE EMC Technical Achievement Award in August 2022 for his outstanding contributions in signal and power integrity solutions for 2.5D/3D integrated circuits.
