讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Alan Xu joined Canadian Solar in 2010 and serves as Vice President R&D, He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Toronto, Canada. He specializes in new module product and material development, and solar ingot, wafer and cell process. Lead the completion of multiple standards such as IEC 62788-8-1 Measurement procedures for materials used in photovoltaic modules –Part 8-1: Electrically conductive adhesive (ECA) – Measurement of material properties and so on. At present Dr. Xu is a member of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Solar Photovoltaic Energy Systems (SAC/TC90), a technical expert of the IEC TC82，a technical expert of the Standardization Technical Committee of China PV Industry Association, a technical expert of Standardization Technical Committee of SEMI PV Industry, chair of the IEC/TC82 Domestic Technical Working Group on PV Modules, chair of the CPIA Standardization Committee's PV Module Working Group, additionally, he has been appointed as:Jiangsu Provincial Industrial Professor (Research Mentor Category) at Soochow University, Adjunct Professor at Suzhou City University. Honored as a "Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Entrepreneur." |
